Accreditation

QEC trainers are accredited as Workplace Trainer and Assessors. Trainers are allocated to each program based on their practical experience with:

  • program content and skill areas to be trained
  • client industry (e.g. banking and finance, legal, IT, automotive, consulting, logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals)
  • training models and frameworks employed or relevant to content

Voice coach and actors

QEC uses professional voice coaches and actors in all of our training programs.

In role-plays, actors use proven methods to simulate personalities that challenge participants, providing relevant training that extends individual comfort zones. The use of actors is adjusted to suit each workshop audience.

Industry Experts

Where necessary, industry experts (e.g. senior sales managers/directors, CIOs, CFOs) are also engaged. Subject matter experts can also provide content-based feedback in a range of scenario-specific applications such as in negotiation or sales skills.
