Training needs analysis
QEC consultants will work with you to understand your unique requirements. We will assess your sales processes, and identify the training needs for each role in your sales organisation. After agreement, the consultant will then review existing sales staff knowledge/skill levels to determine the type of training required. A training profile will be drawn up for each individual, enabling maximum learning.
Program customisation
QEC training programs can be delivered in support of your company's specific sales process or methodology by including content relevant to your industry and environment. (e.g. industry terminology, work practices)
Training programs can also be tailored to meet specific client requirements.
Train the trainer
QEC offer 'train the trainer' programmes for those organisations wanting to train a large number of employees or maintain training skills in-house. The 'train the trainer' programme encompasses both the transfer of skills from QEC to the client and the ongoing licensing of QEC materials for training programs.
