Available Positions
Sales Trainer
Due to continued expansion, a unique opportunity has arisen for a trainer who is passionate about bringing out the best in people. You will be experienced in at least two of the following areas: sales, telemarketing, leadership, NLP, coaching and negotiation.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting trainee assessments
- Preparation and delivery of training modules
- Improving the efficiency of our clients organizations
- Focusing on sales and management issues
You will have a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent. As well as demonstrated long-term experience in a similar role.
Your understanding of the compliance requirements of a Registered Training Organisation will be an advantage, but not essential.
This is an interesting and challenging role. A proven sales track record is a must. Your well developed communication/ relationship building skills will be important for success. The ability to work on your own is essential.

Office Administrator
We are seeking an efficient and motivated office administrator. You will be the director of first impression for our company.
You will efficiently operate a busy reception; meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, sorting mail, email and faxing when required. Your other duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Diary management for consultants
- Handle customer service calls
- Petty Cash handling
- Purchasing food, stationary and other ad hoc items for the office
- Assistance as required to the General Manager
The successful candidate will have
- A high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to learn
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
- A successful all rounder
- Enjoy working in a vibrant and fast paced environment
- Good writing skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
