Sales Trainer

Due to continued expansion, a unique opportunity has arisen for a trainer who is passionate about bringing out the best in people. You will be experienced in at least two of the following areas: sales, telemarketing, leadership, NLP, coaching and negotiation.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting trainee assessments
  • Preparation and delivery of training modules
  • Improving the efficiency of our clients organizations
  • Focusing on sales and management issues

You will have a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent. As well as demonstrated long-term experience in a similar role.

Your understanding of the compliance requirements of a Registered Training Organisation will be an advantage, but not essential.

This is an interesting and challenging role. A proven sales track record is a must. Your well developed communication/ relationship building skills will be important for success. The ability to work on your own is essential.

Sales Consultant

We are looking for a sales SUPERSTAR!

Office Administrator

We are seeking an efficient and motivated office administrator. You will be the director of first impression for our company.

You will efficiently operate a busy reception; meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, sorting mail, email and faxing when required. Your other duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Diary management for consultants
  • Handle customer service calls
  • Petty Cash handling
  • Purchasing food, stationary and other ad hoc items for the office
  • Assistance as required to the General Manager

The successful candidate will have

  • A high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
  • A successful all rounder
  • Enjoy working in a vibrant and fast paced environment
  • Good writing skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
